Testimonials

See What Readers Are Saying

I liked how the story starts so quietly and then everything changes. It shows how easily a person can be pulled into something much bigger than themselves.

Daniel Brooks Teacher

Acer isn’t some perfect hero. He gets scared, makes bad choices, regrets things and still keeps going. That was probably what I connected with most.

Melissa Carter Book Reviewer

The magical forest, the two empires, the strange animals and the military side of the story all were interesting. Give it a try!

Ryan Mitchell Outdoor Guide

What stayed with me was not just the fighting. It was the people caught in it. Families leaving their homes, soldiers dealing with fear, and Acer slowly questioning what he once believed.
